Replication Data for: Leptin receptor gene influences pig gut microbiota through feed intake and independently

This dataset contains the leptin receptor genotype of the 94 Duroc pigs as well as their feed intake (by pen) and volatile fatty acid profile of their faeces samples. The raw sequencing fastq files of the V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA have been deposited at the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) with BioProject accession PRJNA1258869.
