MetaNetMap is a Python tool designed to map metabolite information from metabolomic data onto metabolic networks.



This repository contains all the files and code required to reproduce analyses presented in the article: 
"MetaNetMap: Automatic Mapping of Metabolomic Data onto Metabolic Networks" (Muller, C. et al., 2025) BioRxiv, ensuring full reproducibility.

Information

The MetaCyc conversion table cannot be provided due to licensing restrictions.
The MetaNetX conversion table is included.
