Response of Botrytis cinerea to biocontrol bacteria at transcriptional level

A transcriptome analysis was performed to elucidate the response of Botytis cinerea under biocontrol bacteria. The reults will contribute to elucidating the molecular mechanism the biocontrol bateria and the interactions between biocontrol agents and pathogens.
