This dataset contains data and code regarding a manuscript submitted to Evolutionary Applications: "Genotype by environment interaction drives the maintenance of genetic variation in a brown trout hybrid zone. ". These data describe the parental traits of brown trout used in a fertilization protocol and the experimental design for the obtained clutches. The code describes a statistical model for mixed-effects GLM under JAGS software, to estimate the different factors influencing the survival between fertilization to hatching in natural rivers.
