This dataset includes simulation and measurement data corresponding to the work developed in the related publication, as well as the layouts in dxf format of the three fabricated sensing structures.
METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION
-
Description of methods used for collection-generation of data:
Data were obtained from computer simulations performed using Keysight Advanced Design System (version 2025) and CST Microwave Studio using the device models described in the associated publication, and from experimental measurements of fabricated circuits using the instruments listed in Section 4.
-
Methods for processing the data:
Simulation and measurement results are provided in open standard formats (CSV, tab). Derived parameters were computed using the mathematical expressions described in the associated publication.
-
Instrument- or software- specific information needed to interpret the data:
All data is provided in open formats (CSV, tab), compatible with common circuit simulation and data analysis tools. Circuits layouts are provided in dxf format, compatible with the most common CAD tools.
-
Instruments, calibration and standards information:
S-parameters measurements were performed using a Keysight N5221A Vector Network Analyzer (calibrated using SOLT).
For vibration measurement the components of the setup are:
Vibration generation: Bluetooth-controlled power amplifier (TPA3116D2 within the commercial evaluation board ZK-TB21) and woofer speaker (Visaton W200).
Signal generator: Promax GR-405
Signal processing: branch-line hybrid coupler (1 to 2 GHz), two circulators (models Narda-ATM ATc1-2 and Pasternack PE83CR003), phase detector (model AD8302), microcontroller (model ATMega328P).
-
Environmental or experimental conditions:
Measurements performed at room temperature (~23 °C).
-
Quality-assurance procedures performed on the data:
Basic repeatability checks were performed (multiple measurements under identical conditions).
