Raw data from experiment C319_EPL1_cSAXS_273_S01394-S02309, obtained at the cSAXS beamline at the Swiss Light Source during beamtime 20190654 (e17964). This raw data was used for the reconstruction of ptychographic projections then used for tomographic reconstruction of two 3D datasets (sample C319_EPL1, tomo ID 273, rigid and non-rigid reconstructions). This data is supporting material to the study referenced below (see “Related Publications”). Please refer to this publication for insights on sample preparation, imaging and interpretation of results. Each ptychographic projection corresponds to one scan. The scan numbers used for this 3D dataset were from S1394 to S2309. The exact scans that were used and their corresponding tomographic angular position can be found in the datafile specES1/dat-files/tomography_scannumbers.txt. Each scan has an h5 datafile, for example: data/S01000-01999/S01394/e17964_1_01394.h5 in dataset S11-2312_ID1. The relevant information that is needed for ptychographic reconstructions can be found in this file in the following way: 1. The diffraction patterns: /entry/data/data. 2. The detector pixel size: /entry/data/x_pixel_size and y_pixel_size. 3. The detector orientation: /entry/data/orientation/rot90 (how many times it was rotated by 90 deg) and transpose (whether it was transposed). 4. The positions of the sample at each scan point: /entry/collection/orchestra/Average_x_st_fzp ans Average_y_st_fzp (in microns). 5. Other relevant experimental parameters: /entry/collection/specES1/FZP_diameter, FZP_outermost_zone_width, FZP_focus_to_sample_distance, mokev (energy). 6. The sample-detector distance was 7.221 m. For tomographic reconstruction: 7. The scans used for this dataset are from S01394 to S02309. The exact scans can be found for tomo ID 273 in the dataset SpecES1 in the data file specES1/dat-files/tomography_scannumbers.txt, along with their corresponding tomographic angular position.
