A technical comparison of spatial transcriptomics platforms across six cancer types - Xenium & CosMx

This repository contains in situ spatial transcriptomics data generated in fall 2023. The data were generated using the Xenium Multi-Tissue panel without multimodal cell segmentation and the CosMx Universal Cell Characterization panel, and were used in the spatial platforms comparison study by Cervilla et al. (2025).
