PacBio sequencing of healthy and white-faeces syndrome affected shrimp samples

This study focuses on portraying the gut bacterial communities of Litopenaeus vannamei, and also attempts to predict the functions of potentially virulent gene cores behind the pathophysiology of White Faeces Syndrome in shrimps through metaxonomic analysis of full-length bacterial 16S rRNA gene (V1-V9) using PacBio Sequel II sequencing technology.
