We performed paired end Illumina Hiseq on bulk tissues of Octopus bimaculoides sensory tissues, Libaries were sequenced on two different Lanes Overall design: Tissues from octopus sensory organs and control tissues were collected and used for RNA sequencing Trinity_obim_assembly.fa was used for protein sequence confirmation.
