18S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing from Antarctic marine samples collected by the EMM (ICM-CSIC) group

This project includes surface seawater samples from the Southern Ocean collected during several oceanographic cruises with the participation of the Ecology of Marine Microbes group (ICM-CSIC, Spain). The dataset focuses on the characterization of microbial community composition in Antarctic marine environments.
