Replication Data for: Data-Parallel RBF Interpolation

This dataset contains software (preCICE and ASTE) as well as setup and result files to reproduce the numerical experiments in Section 5.2 of my dissertation titled "Flexible and Efficient Data Mapping for Simulation of Coupled Problems". For further instructions on how to run the experiments see the README.md of the dataset.

The dataset incorporates the same experimental setups as published in

Schrader, Timo Pierre; Schneider, David; Uekermann, Benjamin, 2023, "Replication Data for: Data-Parallel Radial-Basis Function Interpolation in preCICE", doi: 10.18419/DARUS-3574, DaRUS, V1.

However, the data-parallel RBF implementation in preCICE differs. Thus, also the software versions of preCICE and ASTE differ. The implementation in this dataset builds upon Kokkos and a released version of Ginkgo.

The mesh files are a subset of the mesh files published in

F. Simonis, K. Davis, and B. Uekermann. Test Setup of Turbine Blade Data Mapping. Version V1. 2022. doi: 10.18419/darus-2491
