Replication Data for: Mechanical compartmentalization of the intestinal organoid enables crypt folding and collective cell migration

The dataset includes a supplementary table with the different recipes used for the PAA mix, the statistical data used as the source for the different images (12 tab tables), 2 text notes to explain the 3D computational vertex model developed and the description of the Monolayer Stress Microscopy (MSM), that is to infer the tissue surface stress from the measured tractions, in an axisymmetric configuration pertinent to the analysis of the crypts.
