Description of the methods used to collect and generate the data: Data were generated from the experiments described in López-Laguna et al., ACS Materials Letters (2026). The dataset includes measurements obtained during the preparation and characterization of protein-based biomaterials containing CT26-derived tumor neoantigens and their evaluation in dendritic cell activation assays, following the experimental design and protocols detailed in the referenced publication. Data processing methods: Data was collected from different types of equipments, transferred to a Microsoft Excel sheet and analyzed by GraphPad software. Information about instruments, calibration and standards: Experimental measurements were performed using standard laboratory equipment and analtical instruments commonly used for biomaterial characterization and immunological assay. Instruments were operated and calibrated according to the manufacturers’ recommendations and standard laboratory protocols described in López-Laguna et al., ACS Materials Letters (2026). Environmental or experimental conditions: Experiments were conducted under controlled laboratory conditions following standard protocols for biomaterial preparation and dendritic cell assays. Cell culture and experimental procedures were performed under sterile conditions and controlled temperature and atmospheric parameters as described in López-Laguna et al., ACS Materials Letters (2026). Quality-assurance procedures performed on the data: Quality assurance included the use of experimental replicates, and verification of data consistency during data collection and processing. Data were checked for completeness and consistency prior to inclusion in the dataset, following the procedures described in López-Laguna et al., ACS Materials Letters (2026).
