toxic effect by ammonia stress on Coilia nasus

to clarify the molecular mechanism of toxic effect by ammonia stress and recovery by refreshing water, we utilized the RNA-Seq platform to perform a comparative transcriptomic analysis between a control group, an ammonia-stressed group, and a recovery group on C. nasus larvae. Moreover, we also perform a same comparative transcriptomic analysis on C. nasus juveniles, to identify the difference between larvae and juveniles under ammonia stress.
