Growth and mortality data of the foraminifera and the file names of images

This dataset contains size measurements from the Bleaching Ecophysiology Assessment (BEA) experiment, recording the maximum diameter increase inferred from growth images of Sorites orbiculus. Additionally, it documents mortality by identifying dead individuals with visible overgrowth. The dataset has been cleaned to exclude affected specimens.
