Meta-16S rDNA of stomach and colonic microbiome of Japanese macaques

This project analyzed DNA extracted from stomach and colon of Japanese macaques (Macaca fuscata) living in evergreen forest of Yakushima Island using high-throughput sequencing to compare microbiome between gut sites.
