Dataset on the results of PDC, LDH and AHD enzymatic characterization, ADH, LDH and PDC reactions towards pH, lactic acid synthesis using 100% CO2 and synthetic gas mixture mimicking real off-gasses of blast furnace of iron&steel industry.
The data herein correspond to the enzymatic characterization of all the enzymes involved in the multi-enzymatic system as well as the study of the multi-enzymatic system using 100% CO2 or synthetic gas mixture mimicking real off-gasses of blast furnace of iron&steel industry.
Description of the methods used to collect and generate the data:
-Single enzymatic reactions were carried out in bicarbonate buffer in 2mL eppendorfs.
-Multi-enzymatic system reaction was carried out in a 50mL using 100% pure CO2, synthetic gas mixture mimicking real off-gasses of blast furnace of iron&steel industy under atmosferic pressure and 25ºC.
-Activities were obtained applying activity tests based on spectrophotometrical methods,
-GC for the analysis of ethanol, acetaldehyde and acetoin concentration
-LC-MS for lactic acid quantification.
-NADH were analysed by spectrophotometry
