++++++++ English below +++++++++++ Le pin de Salzmann ( Pinus nigra ssp salzmannii) est une sous espèce de pin noir endémique en France et en Espagne, dont l'habitat est protégé dans le cadre de Natura 2000 (Habitat 9530 - Pinèdes (sub)méditerranéennes de pins noirs endémiques). Un programme de recherche a été porté en France à partir de 2008 par INRAE (Unité de recherches Ecologie des Forêts Méditerranéennes), sous l'égide de la région Occitanie (anciennement Languedoc-Roussillon), de l'Office National de Forêts, de la Commission Nationale Ressources Génétiques Forestières (https://crgf.inrae.fr/crgf/), pour caractériser la diversité génétique de ce taxon et en entreprendre la sauvegarde. Cette archive est constituée de deux séries de deux fichiers.

La première série contient le fichier "Genotypes_data" et le fichier "Genotypes_metadata". Le fichier "Genotypes_data" contient les données de génotypage microsatellites (13 locus) d'arbres de l'espèce Pinus nigra et de ses sous-espèces, qui ont été utilisés pour caractériser l'originalité génétique du pin de Salzmann. Les 678 génotypes listés sont à la base des analyses de l'article "A comprehensive strategy for the conservation of forest tree genetic diversity: an example with the protected Pinus nigra subsp. salzmannii (Dunal) Franco in France.", par C. Scotti-Saintagne, A. de Sousa Rodrigues, A. Roig, B. Fady (INRAE, URFM, Avignon, France, soumis pour publication à la revue Conservation Genetics. Le fichier "Genotypes_metadata" renseigne l'intitulé des colonnes du fichier "Genotypes_data".

La seconde série contient le fichier "Phenotypes_data" et le fichier "Phenotypes_metadata". Le fichier "Phenotypes_data" contient des données de localisation, de dendrologie et d'âge d'arbres de la sous-espèce Pinus nigra salzmannii, étudiés dans le même article soumis à Conservation Genetics pour leur valeur en conservation. Les intitulés des colonnes des 1333 individus listés sont décrits dans le fichier "Phenotypes_metadata".

+++++++ Salzmann's pine ( Pinus nigra ssp salzmannii) is a subspecies of black pine endemic to France and Spain, whose habitat is protected under Natura 2000 (Habitat 9530 - Endemic (sub)Mediterranean black pine forests). A research program to characterize and conserve the genetic diversity of this taxon has been carried out in France during the period 2008-2016 by INRAE (Research Unit Ecology of Mediterranean Forests), with the financial support of the Occitanie Region (formerly Languedoc-Roussillon) and the National Forest Office (ONF), and with guidance from the National Commission on Forest Genetic Resources (https://crgf.inrae.fr/crgf/). This archive consists of two series of two files each. The first set contains the "Genotypes_data" file and the "Genotypes_metadata" file.
