Paralichthys olivaceus Raw sequence reads

A candidate vaccine, live attenuated Edwardsiella tarda TXhfq, developed in our laboratory could elicit protective immune effects in host against E. tarda. To clarify the host immune molecular mechanisms underlying the vaccine protection, we used RNA-seq technology to compare the spleen, intestine, and skin transcriptomes of bath-vaccinated and unvaccinated Japanese flounde at early stage of post vaccination.
