Eight crossbred growing pigs (49 + 3 kg) equipped with continuous glucose monitoring sensors (CGM) were tested in a 5 days-feeding trial. Pigs were fed twice daily, with diets progressively changing from high starch to high fat composition over the trial. At day 2 and day 5, after an overnight fast, test meal procedures were performed with either the diet rich in starch (day 2) or rich in fat (day 5). Time was given in GMT+2h. Relative time was indicated as 0 for the first record for each pig, and then every 5 min. Relative time_corr was indicated as 0 for the first record for each sensor, and then every 5 min, since for one pig, the sensor must be replaced by another one during the 5 days trial. Smoothed_blood_glucose were the values recorded by the CGM sensor using a Stavitsky Golay filtering. Day_trial was the day of the experimental trial (1 to 5). Night events were computed from 21:00 to 06:59 (night) and day events were defined between 07:00 to 20:59 (day or diurnal)
