This dataset comprises decoded and cleaned Automatic Identification System (AIS) data collected from antennas at the Barcelona School of Nautical Studies (FNB-UPC), part of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. The data is organized by year and month, with CSV files containing information for 1 or 2 days, provided in zipped archives. Collected from public AIS transmissions between 2020 and 2024 (and ongoing), the dataset is intended for lawful purposes such as research, education, and maritime traffic analysis.
