Example multiplex immunofluorescence dataset for PUPAID analysis method

DOI

This test/example dataset represents 17 contiguous TIFF-formatted tiles coming from an 8-plex immunofluorescence experiment that was performed on a human biopsy of minor salivary gland taken from a patient suffering from Sjögren’s syndrome. It is intended for learning and test purposes related to the PUPAID method, which is published in the PLOS One journal (see section “Relation Metadata”). The final staining panel used is composed of DAPI, anti-IL-21 (revealed with Opal 480), anti-CD21 (revealed with Opal 520), anti-TNFα (revealed with Opal 540), anti-CD4 (revealed with Opal 570), anti-IFNγ (revealed with Opal 620), anti-CD27 (revealed with Opal 650) and anti-CD20 (revealed with Opal 690). The full details about the used methodology are described in the provided “readme.txt” file.

The full details about the used methodology are described in the provided “readme.txt” file.

The minor salivary gland biopsy from which the dataset was generated was performed on 2017-03-09.
