Mytilus spp RAD sequencing
RADseq was applied to 262 mussels belonging to 15 different populations (including 1 pure Mytilus edulis population, 1 pure M. galloprovincialis population and 1 pure M. trossulus population) to study pattern of genetic structure, hybridization and its consequences for genome-wide heterozygosity in European mussel populations.
