The whole transcriptome data for different sexual Chinese tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis)

In order to study growth difference mechanism from the whole transcriptomic level, the brain, gonad, liver and muscle from the female, male and pseudomale individuals were submitted for whole transcriptomic analysis. A total of 430, 296, 116 genes in the brain, 11701, 418 and 11720 genes in the gonad, 426, 274 and 108 genes in the liver, 2369, 289 and 1749 genes in the muscle were respectively screened from the M-vs-F, M-vs-PM, PM-vs-F groups.
