Single-cell atlases of two lophotrochozoan larvae highlight their complex evolutionary histories

Single cell atlases of platyhelminth Müller’s larva and mollusc trochophore larva reveal homologous cell types and phylum specific novelties Overall design: 10x genomics 3' GEX single cell sequencing was performed on trochophore larvae of Crassostrea gigas (3'v2) and 1-day old Muller's larvae of Prostheceraeus crozieri (3'v3.1). Raw fastqs and filtered matrix counts, barcodes and features of libraries Cg1 (Crassostrea gigas), Pc3 and Pc4 (Prostheceraeus crozieri repeat 3 and 4) are made available.
