Subterranean estuary microbial communities from Stinson Beach, CA, USA

V4 16S rRNA gene sequences from the porewater and seawater of Stinson Beach. Samples were collected during high-high, low-low, or ebb tides in February and October of 2022. Several depths were surveyed along a cross-shore transect.
