Raw data from red genome sequencing of 16 sponge samples from the F cold spring area in the South China Sea, consisting of 6 different species

Sponge samples (n=16) were collected from the Formosa Ridge cold seep during the 2021 scientific cruise of Research Vessel (R/V) KEXUE, organized by the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
