Raw sequences to test the effect of consecutive exposition to salt pulse disturbances on the microbial community dynamics. German Research Foundation (DFG), grant number: AOBJ: 63764

The study aims to describe microbial community dinamyc of a complex community concerning their adaptability to pulse disturbances. By the application of a continuous culture experiment design with a metacommunity, we experimentally studied how the exposure of coastal microbial communities to consecutive salt disturbances leads to a progressive selection of community members according to their response traits. We addionally tested the dependency on nutrient availability, supporting the notion of metabolic constraints on stability traits for a better understanding of the effects of multiple disturbances due to global change perturbations.
