Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) female gametophyte cell transcriptomes

Laser assisted microdissected Whole Gametophytes (WG), Egg Cell Apparatus (Egg cells and synergids EA) and Central Cells (CC) transcriptomes of apomictic (APO A), Loss-of-Parthenogenesis (DEL L) and sexual (SEX S) dandelions (Taraxacum officinale). Libraries include amplified transcriptomes one to three sequence read files are uploaded per library.
