This resource comprises two questionnaires, in powerpoint and pdf format, used for evaluation of a novel speech and language therapy app. The app was designed to deliver therapy to people with aphasia, dysarthria and/or apraxia of speech, working on a set of words or phrases for spoken production. One questionniare (pre-trial) collects background information and the other (post-trial) collects the participant's views on the app. The questionnaires are designed to be accessible to people with acquired communication difficulties, and for remote (online) data collection.
