The Future of Menstruation

This research aimed to create requirements for inclusive menstrual technologies, the RQ was “how can engaging with a transhumanist future yield requirements for current inclusive technologies that support menstruation?” Data was collected through a focus group where participants designed and then discussed transhumanist future menstrual technologies as cultural probes. Prior to the focus group, participants also filled in a sensitization task describing their menstruation in the past, present, and future. All data is in Dutch.
