Transcriptomes of Coregonus artedi complex from Lake Superior

The denovo assembled transcriptome of the species Coregonus artedi, C. kiyi, C. hoyi and C. zenithicus is presented for the first time. The individuals were collected in Lake Superior around the Apostle Islands in 2015. This project serves as a reference for studies of the evolutionary history Coregonines in the Laurentian Great Lakes.
