Is acidification of common estuarine macroinvertebrates in stable isotope approaches necessary to analyze aquatic food webs?

This dataset contains information on stable isotopes (SI) (δ13C and δ15N) of Gammarus spp., Mesopodopsis slabberi, Neomysis integer and Palaemon longirostris from the Elbe estuary as well as a test series to verify that the different encapsulation materials have no effect on the SI.
