Data for "Toward Electrical Impedance Tomography of Functional Activity in the Retina"

DOI

This directory contains the raw data and code underpinning the results presented in the paper "Toward Electrical Impedance Tomography of Functional Activity in the Retina'.The dataset consists in electrical recordings performed on perfused ex-vivo retinal tissue, explanted from mice, while subject to light pulses. Electrical recordings of light-evoked neural activity were collected with both traditional electrophysiology techniques and with Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT).Please see the Notes.txt file in the main folder for more information and the separate Notes files in each subfolder.
