Evaluation of amphoteric sorbent

DOI

Validation parameters in terms of apparent recovery at two levels of concentration and matrix effect when a new sorbent based on amphoteric polydivinylbenzene microspheres were evaluated as solid-phase extraction followed by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry for the simulaneous determination of acidic and basic contaminants in river (1 file), effluent (1 file) and influent (1 file) sewage samples.

Validation parameters assayed: %Rapp = Apparent recovery

%ME = matrix effect in River, effluent and influent sewage samples
