New species of Pseudomonas putida group

We isolated strains which isolated from human. These strains were identified as P. putida based on biochemical properties determined by VITEK2. The16S rRNA sequences of these strains were similar to Pseudomonas taiwanensis, Pseudomonas plecoglossicida and Pseudomonas monteill. From MLSA analysis, these strains have high sequence similarity to P. putida group strains, but the similarity value was lower than the cut off value established to differentiate species in the genus Pseudomonas. From the reason, these strains have possibility to be belong to the new species. In this study, we sequenced whole genome of these strains. The whole genome sequences data is the important data, to reveal these strains are new species or not.
