Variation of physico-chemical features in area of freshwater discharge: the gulf of Trieste (Northern Adriatic Sea)

The spatial and temporal variations of the thermohaline structure and dissolved oxygen and fluorescence along a tranesct form the mouth of the Isonzo river towards the centre of the trieste gulf (North Adriatic Sea) was followed during 12 cruises carried out from March 2011 to February 2013 in the framework of the FP7 MEDSEA Mediterranean Sea Acidification in a Changing Climate) project.
