"A macrozoobenthos species list is provided, based on datasets originated from infra and circalittoral samples (4 to 120 m depth) collected in the marine waters from north to south of mainland Portugal. Species composition, density and wet weight biomass are provided. The data were collected in the framework of the of the EEMA Programme, whose aim was the Ecological Assessment of Water Masses in mainland Portugal."
