Replication Data for: Data-Parallel PU-RBF Interpolation

This dataset contains software (preCICE and ASTE) as well as setup and result files to reproduce the numerical experiments in Section 5.3 of my dissertation titled "Flexible and Efficient Data Mapping for Simulation of Coupled Problems". For further instructions on how to run the experiments see the README.md of the dataset.

The mesh files were partially published previously in

D. Schneider and B. Uekermann. 2024. "Replication Data for: Efficient Partition-of-Unity Radial-Basis Function Interpolation for Coupled Problems", doi: 10.18419/DARUS-4168, DaRUS, V1

as indicated in the README within the respective directories.

Use persistent identifiers from Software Heritage ( ) to cite individual files or even lines of the source code.
