ChronoShop 1.1 for the analysis of circadian properties of behaviour

DOI

Chronoshop is designed for circadian analysis in behavioral data. The program is capable of:

  • Quickly browse through you activity data files and view activity patterns
  • Plotting actograms in a qualitative and quantitative way
  • Directly batch process all data files present in one folder
  • Plotting data modulo variable cycle durations
  • Running periodograms based on Sokholove and Bushell and Lomb-Scargle algorithms
  • Detect phase markers such as Centerpoints of Gravity and on- and offset of activity
  • Project phase markers on activity data
  • Plotting behavioral data on top of meta data such as light/dark information
  • Export data series for making custom graphs with (external) plotting software
  • Calculate phase shift in activity

the .zip file includes the ChronoShop executable (to be started from any location at your pc) and the current manual
