Transcriptome sequencing and comparison of three types of samples: a)nulliparous An. gambiae mosquitoes, b) pool of An. gambiae mosquitoes of parous females that have laid eggs once (primiparous) and twice (two-parous) and c)An. gambiae mosquitoes after three blood meals and oviposition after each one (three-parous) should allow the identification of transcripts associated with parity.
