Reframing communication about fall prevention programs to increase older adults' intention to participate

The data are part of the research project: FRIEND (Fall pRevention ImplEmeNtation stuDy). The repository contains the raw dataset "Dataset_reframing communication_FRIEND" and the syntax "Syntax_reframing communication_FRIEND". Data includes survey data.

This study aimed to investigate whether positive framing in communication leads to higher intention to participate in an FPP among community-dwelling older adults. We conducted a two-sequence randomized crossover study investigating differences of intention to participate after receiving an a priory designed flyer (standard flyer vs. reframed flyer) containing differences in textual content. Data was generated within this study.
