Raw data associated to the article: A nanoluciferase-encoded bacteriophage illuminates viral infection dynamics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells

DOI

The data represents the biological assessment of a genetically modified bacteriophage that encodes for the nanoluciferase enzyme that is produced upon the infection of four strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Growth curves were recorded over time by adsorbance and emitted bioluminescence. Adsorption assays and one step growth curves were generated. Fluorescent microscope was used to detect bioluminescent signals and to vizualized single-cell infected by bacteriophages.
