The Complete Genome Sequence of the Caspian seal Pusa caspica, (Nilsson, 1837)

The Caspian seal (Pusa apsica) is a member of the earless Phocidae family, and the only mammal endemic to the brackish Caspian Sea. We produced a whole genome sequence of this species using the Illumina Paired-end short reads whole genome sequencing approach.
