This study focuses on the transcriptome of Acipenser schrenckii infected by Mycobacterium marinum. The liver of infected fish were collected for RNA-seq and de novo assembly. Our goal is to delineate the immune response of sturgeons in mycobacteriosis and provide new leads into the novel genes of sturgeons immunity.
