The Microsoft excel file "Residents’ reported overtime and perceptions on safety climate, supervisor support and medical errors" contains the original pseudoanonynimous data from the manuscript with the same title. This data is currently at pseudoanonymization level PS2, which makes it unsuitable for publication without further anonymization. Therefore, the excel file is available upon request. The pdf file contains a copy of medical ethics committee approval from 2020.

This study was supported in kind by Dutch network Alles is Gezondheid (All about Health), an initiative part of the National Prevention Program developed and funded by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport in the Netherlands.
