Coordinate points of abdominal muscles edges derived from in vivo axial dynamic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of healthy participants

This dataset presents the data obtained from the segmentation masks of dynamic axial abdominal MRI of 20 healthy participants performing three different exercises : breathing, coughing and the Valsalva maneuver. (corresponding dataset: https://doi.org/10.57745/CTM9BO).

This dataset provides the coordinates points (x,y) of the edges of the segmentation masks for the abdominal muscles (rectus abdominis and lateral muscles) and the dorsal zone.
