Replication Data for: Origin of marine invertebrate larvae on an Arctic inflow shelf

DOI

Date of data collection: 2017-09-02 to 2018-08-11 Geographic location of data collection: North of Svalbard (around 80 deg. N, 12.5 deg. E), as well as Barents Sea north (around 77.3 deg N, 28.5 deg. E) and south (around 75.5 deg. N, 30.0 deg. E) of Polar Front.

This dataset is intended to provide the data and code used to produce the results and figures presented in the related publication cited here, whereby the possible origins of invertebrate larvae collected on the Barents Sea shelf are assessed. The dataset consists of two parts: one set of files is designed to replicate the particle tracking data analysis and the other to replicate the larval-adult distribution comparison analysis.
