time series RNA sequencing of posterior regeneration in Platynereis Dumerilii

Bulk RNA sequencing of samples of wound-adjacent and blastemal tissues after posterior amputation in the marine annelid Platynereis dumerilii. The study aims to identify transcriptomic changes in response to amputation and early regeneration. By sampling the wound-adjacent tissue as well as any blastemal outgrowth at multiple stages post amputation (including a T0 "baseline" of regular trunk tissue), comparisons across time can be made.
