Transcriptome sequencing of Alosa sapidissima gill tissue at different temperatures

Transcriptome sequencing was performed on the gill tissues of Alosa sapidissima at different temperature conditions (24, 27 and 30 degree centigrade) to explore the key genes and regulatory pathways affecting the differences in physiological metabolism, which laid the foundation for further molecular mechanism research.
